LOCATION: 15 to 25 minutes drive from the historic city (traffic dependent). Close to Train and Metro Station. Located in a Quiet, clean and less busy area. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. AMBIANCE: Absolutely remarkable. It seems the hotel is either newly built or recently decorated. PARKING: Available @ €30 per 24 hours DECOR/ CLEANLINESS. Full marks on both. Cleaners doing an excellent job. FACILITIES: Bar, Restaurant (open until 2230hrs), Gym, Pool and Spa facilities. SERVICE: Absolutely first class. Very helpful, polite and courteous staff. ROOM: Very well appointed. Ultra comfortable bed/ pillows. LCD TV, Mini Bar, Locker, Tea/ Coffee making facilities, Bathroom Sandals, Ample cupboard space with a chest of drawers, Two chairs, High quality bathroom amenities, Balcony, Chairs, Very effective AC, Telephone. First class toiletries provided. Excellent sound proofing and curtain blinds were very effective to block sunlight. FOOD/ BREAKFAST: Fresh, Wholesome, Tasty and Well-presented food. Breakfast has HOT items like scrambled eggs, sausages, rashers, grilled tomatoes, fried potatoes and grilled carrots / aubergine. COLD items include; meat cuts, different kind of cheeses, egg dishes, savouries, cereals, fresh vegetables, pizza, fresh fruits, yogurt, preserved fruits, nuts and jam. There are different kind of breads, fruit juices and hot drinks. Freshly pressers orange juice can be ordered for free. Overall an excellent experience.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The hotel is not very close to the city center but the metro station line 2 is just 2 min from the hotel. Very easy to get to train station. Staff was very friendly.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted in a very friendly manner, the check-in process was simple and straight forward. We were escorted to our room upon arrival, and all the amenities were pointed out to us. Our luggage was brought up to the room, very swiftly by the porter. The room was impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was a great size, and light. Due to the heat in Naples this time of year, the air conditioning in the room was extremely welcome, and very effective! The Breakfast buffet was by far the best we have experienced in any hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, the buffet kept topped up, and all plates were swiftly taken away.

Everyone was very helpful. A delicious selection for breakfast which was constantly refreshed. The roof bar with pool was lovely with great bar service. The room was a Junior suite, and kept beautifully clean during our extended stay.

The whole stay was amazing, start to finish. We had a junior suite and it was superb, very spacious! Breakfast was a lovely spread. We had dinner once as room service and once by the hotel pool, couldn’t recommend enough. If you stay here, take at least one evening meal with the hotel! Front desk staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Elda and Nicole in particular made our stay so enjoyable, and are a real credit to this hotel. It’s a little further out from the main centre, but we never found this a problem - taxis are easy to catch, as is the metro. Everything we asked for was quick service. Refreshments downstairs were a nice touch. Gym was decent size. Spa was amazing, I had a massage and it was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace and pool. The choice at breakfast was amazing with traditional Neapolitan dishes and lots of international choices. It is only 5 mins walk to Napoli FC Stadium. Gemma and Giovanni on reception were very helpful with explaining about the hotel and arranging taxis etc. Also Inna in the restaurant helped explain about the local Neapolitan dishes at breakfast. Great place look forward to going back to relax there again. They also have a wonderful spa with sauna Turkish bath and jacuzzi. Alan from Scotland 🏴

The service at this modern, clean and stunning hotel is second to none. I’ve never had a better experience with hotel staff, from the moment we walked in to reception Nicole was on hand to help us with a lovely smile whilst she did so! The food in the restaurant was fantastic every morning and evening as we booked half board and would like to say a special thanks to Antonio who was our waiter most morning/nights as his service was exceptional again always with a huge smile on his face. Marco our evening waiter had such great knowledge of food and the wine parings also which was very much appreciated. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough it is a beautiful picturesque hotel especially from the rooftop bar and pool which is just a part of this hotels amazing facilities.

The roof top pool and bar was fantastic, very relaxing. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, room was lovely and clean - very modern. TV was larger than average and I loved the decor in the bathroom. Aircon worked beautifully and was well needed as it was extremely hot!
